Your Rights as a Consumer
Although some insurance companies try to direct you to shops of their choice, you as a consumer have the legal right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice. Our staff will work with your insurance company to determine the necessary repairs and facilitate payment for the work.

Customer Payment Options
Customers paying for their own repairs or a deductible may pay by cash or personal check for any amount or by MasterCard or Visa up to $1,500.
